Chapter Two
"오-verbs"

Welcome back! In this chapter we are going to learn how to easily and effectively conjugate 오-verbs:

This is the first of our six groups of "regular" verbs. If you have not already, PLEASE make sure to watch "The Clock Theory" and do the homework assignments there as a lot of the terminology I use and steps I take will be referencing that.

Thanks, and enjoy!

Steps for this class:

(1) Do a quick review of the chapter one material to make sure it is fresh.

(2) Do a quick refresh of the chapter #2 vocabulary that you memorized last time

(3) Watch the chapter two videos and complete the workbook activities, making sure you UNDERSTAND each step as you do

(4) Once you're finished with that, refer to the "homework" section below.

Enjoy!

Video 1 (of 2): How to Conjugate 오-verbs

Video 2 (of 2): The Key Step to Improvement and Retention

NOTE: this may be the most important video in the entire program as it addresses the final and most crucial step to help you not only learn the information, but RETAIN the information, and to help you actually speak it better. A lot of people make the mistake of leaving this step out in their learning process, and it is my (humble) opinion that it is the root cause of people putting in effort but not seeing significant results, or not being able to recall information "they've learned" at a later date. Very worth a watch, and would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Homework for Chapter Two:

Memorize (or at least familiarize yourself with) the vocabulary for chapter #3:

가다 (to go)

알다 (to know)

많다 (to be plentiful / many / much)

받다 (to receive)

만나다 (to meet)

살다 (to live)

앉다 (to sit)

사다 (to buy)

끝나다 (*for something* to come to an end)

맞다 (to be correct)
